Tribotechnical composition ArmActiv auto Engine

The volume of bottle is 90 ml, 190 ml.

Tribotechnical composition is designed to treat any type of engine (gasoline, diesel, gas) to protect against wear, reduce friction and optimize work processes.

Dosage

Sequencing:

Bring the engine to operating temperature (normal operation);
Stop the engine;
Shake a bottle of ArmActiv® auto Engine;
Breaking the tamper control, open the cover and pour the composition into the oil filler neck of the engine;
Close oil filler cap with stopper;
Check the oil level (see the manual for the car), if it is insufficient, top up the oil level (see the car's manual);
Start the engine and continue driving in normal mode, providing a run of at least 10-15 km.

The processing done is designed for a run of not less than 150 thousand km.

Compatible with any type of oil.

Tribotechnical composition ArmActiv Bearing

Package 70 gr, 380 gr.

Tribotechnical composition based on plastic grease. It is designed for processing rolling and sliding bearings to reduce friction, protect against wear and prolong their service.

Use as a normal grease.

Before starting using the composition, it is necessary to make sure that the part treated with the composition has no critical wear and mechanical damages (cracks, dents, potholes on the cage tracks, corrosion).

Sequencing:

The design of the mechanism involves replacing the lubricant using a special syringe:

Fill the special syringe with ArmActiv® Bearing;
Connect the special syringe to the mechanism;
Extrude the grease until a fresh grease ArmActiv® Bearing arises from the leaks.

The design of the mechanism does not provide for special methods for replacing grease:

Disassemble the mechanism;
Remove old grease;
Wash and dry the mechanism (use special washing compounds);
Apply tribrotechnical grease ArmActiv® Bearing;
Assemble the mechanism.

Use only in demountable structures.

Tribotechnical composition is designed for treating automatic gearboxes of cars, as well as transmissions using ATF oils, to protect against wear, reduce friction and optimize work processes.

Tribotechnical composition ArmActiv Hydro

The volume of bottle is 180 ml.

Tribotechnical composition is designed to treat hydraulic systems (hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders, pumps) of cars to protect against wear, reduce friction and optimize work processes. Ideal for treating machinery that operates under conditions of severe dustiness.

Dosage
5 ml of composition per 1 L of hydraulic liquid.
Overdose of composition up to 70% doesn’t make any harm.

Sequencing:

Stop the engine;
Switch off the hydraulic system;
Shake the bottle with ArmActiv® Hydro;
Open the cover by breaking the opening control and pour the composition into the hydraulic fluid through the standard filler neck;
Start the engine, turn on the hydraulic system and continue working in standby mode for at least 25 minutes.

Periodicity of processing:

The treatment should be performed at each scheduled replacement of the hydraulic fluid, but not more often than after 2000 hours.

The produced treatment is designed for the production of not less than 2000 hours.

Tribotechnical composition ArmActiv® Moto 2 is designed to treat any kinds of 2-stroke engines of motor vehicles to protect against wear, reduce friction and optimize working processes.

Blends with any type of oil. It is added to the oil before mixing with fuel, or into fuel.

Dosage
50 ml of composition to 5 L of fuel.
Overdose of composition on 50% is not dangerous for the nodes and mechanisms.

Sequensing:

Bring the engine to operating temperature (normal operation);
Stop the engine;
Shake a bottle of ArmActiv® Moto 2;
Breaking the tamper control, open the cover and pour the contents into the oil filler neck of the engine. If the oil system is separate, pour the composition in the fuel tank;
Close oil filler cap with stopper;
Start the engine and continue driving in normal mode, providing a run of at least 5 km or 1 hour of operation.

Provides reliable protection against wear on carbon nanoarmination technology.

Properties:

Anti-scuffing (prevents seizing and scuffing of rubbing surfaces under high loads);
Antifriction (reduces friction loss);
Anti-wear (significantly reduces the wear of friction pairs).

Effect:

Increase the engine life up to 5 times due to formation of a tribopolymer layer on the surface of friction pairs;
Reduce the fuel consumption up to 10%;
Complete absence of wear at the time of "cold start";
Significantly reduce vibration and hence noise;
Reduce smoke;
Optimize the gaps;
Remove deposits on the valves and in the combustion chamber.

It is not an additive for oils. Oil serves only as a "transport system" for the delivery of the composition to the friction units. Does not change the viscosity of oils. It’s chemically neutral to them, blended with all types of motor oils.

Attention!

The engine must be in good condition.
It is not allowed to pour the composition into the cold engine.

Storage conditions:

-20⁰С - +70⁰С (-4⁰F - +158⁰F).

Shelf life: 5 years from the date of production (indicated on the vial).

Tribotechnical composition ArmActiv® Мото 4

Volume - 50 ml.

Tribotechnical composition ArmActiv Moto 4 is designed to treat any kinds of 4-stroke engines of motor vehicles to protect against wear, reduce friction and optimize working processes.

Blends with any type of oil. It is added to the oil before mixing with fuel, or into fuel.

50 ml of composition to the volume of oil up to 4 L.
Overdose of composition on 70% is not dangerous for the nodes and mechanisms.
